Questions

Answers before you buy

All FAQs
Which greenhouse should I choose?

Start with the space you have and what you want to grow. Arched tunnels (Simple Plus, Comfort, Titan) give the most growing area for the money; Gardener 300 adds straight walls for shelving; Victoria Line is the traditional gable shape. Use the comparison page or ask us for a recommendation.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts major cards and wallet payments. We never see or store your card details.

Do I need a foundation?

Every greenhouse should sit on a level, anchored base — typically a timber or concrete perimeter. Each product page lists the base requirements for that model.

Can I assemble it myself?

Yes. Frames are bolted together with hand tools and come with instructions. Most people find two adults make assembly much easier.

Not sure which size?

Tell us about your garden and what you want to grow — we’ll recommend a model.
